NASFAA Credential Member Registration $50 per credential

(NASFAA Credential Non-Member Registration $65 per Credential)

FA 101’s provide financial aid and customer service fundamentals to individuals with less than three years’ experience. FA 101’s cover topics such as: the financial aid life-cycle, SAI, Dependency Status, SAP, customer service and DEI.

NEW: training and preparation for two NASFAA credentials (Application and Student Eligibility). After the training, participants will receive an access code to earn the credential through NASFAA.

This is a great opportunity to learn and grow with other new professionals in the Michigan financial aid community.

All training materials will be sent to the participant in advance of the session. Lunch will be provided for the full-day workshop attendees only.
