MSFAA Advocacy Positions
The MSFAA Legislative Issues Committee is currently developing advocacy materials for members. These documents begins with membership (which has representation from all MSFAA Sectors) and works it way through the committee. Committee chairs share the document to the MFSAA Board for Approval. These documents should be updated annual - however, updates can happen at any point depending on the regulations, laws, and guidance received.

Advocating for financial aid has been and continues to be an important part of what we do as members of MSFAA. Sometimes it is hard to know where to get started. Here are a few resources to help:

- NASFAA Advocacy Resources. Whether you are planning a rally or would like to visit your representatives NASFAA provides many helpful tools to do so. Visit www.nasfaa.org/Advocacy for more information.
