****DONOR SUPPORT OPPORTUNTIES****

  • MSFAA Madness is back!  You have the opportunity to moderate a General Session and host/present a Business Solution Break-Out Session.

How to win?  The top four (4) donations received by December 31, 2021 will moderate a general session and host/present a business solution.  If there are donations of the same amounts, the first to commit will be considered first.  

  • The top donation will get the first choice of which General Session to moderate and which Business Solution Break-out time.
  • The second top donation will get the second choice of which General Session to moderate and which Business Solution Break-out time.
  • The third top donation will get the third choice of which General Session to moderate and which Business Solution Break-out time.
  • The fourth top donation will get the fourth choice of which General Session to moderate and which Business Solution Break-out time.

Important:  No Donation is required if you are a paying vendor. You will still moderate a breakout session as your benefits


Donation Deadline: December 31, 2021

Conference Registration Deadline:  February 1, 2022

Membership Fee: $60 annual

Discounted Exhibit Fee:  $900

Room reservations for The Henry, Autograph Collection begin at $147 per night and can be made here. Be sure to edit the dates to exact dates of stay prior to selecting "check availability."

If you have not yet joined or need to renew your membership, you can do so with this form. When completing a renewal, please check on www.msfaa.org to update any information that may have changed. All exhibitors must be MSFAA members.

 


THE FINAL FOUR

The Largest Four (4) Donations will:

  • Moderate a General Session
    • Have 2 minutes to introduce yourself and your company prior to the General Session
    • Moderate the sessions for Questions and Answers
  • Host a Business Solution Session during the Conference
  • Your Company Logo & Your Photo to be featured in the “Final Four” section of a continuous PowerPoint running throughout the conference.
  • Receive Conference Registration List Prior to Conference

 


THE ELITE EIGHT

The Next 8 Largest Donations (5-12) will:

  • Moderate an Interest Session
    • Have :90 seconds to introduce yourself and your company prior to the Interest Session
    • Moderate the session for Questions and Answers
  • Your Company Logo featured on the Conference Evaluation Survey sent to every attendee.
  • Your Company Logo & Your Photo to be featured in the “Elite 8” section of a continuous PowerPoint running before conference session.
  • Receive Conference Registration List Prior to Conference

 


THE SWEET SIXTEEN

The Next 16 Donations (13-28) will:

  • Moderate an Interest Session
    • Have :60 seconds to introduce yourself and your company prior to the Interest Session
    • Moderate Chat for Questions and Answers
  • Your Company Logo & Your Photo to be featured in the “Sweet Sixteen” section of a continuous PowerPoint running before EVERY conference session.
  • Receive Conference Registration List Prior to Conference
