Our workshop includes topics such as: Cross-cultural Competence and Communication with Diverse Populations in the Financial Aid Office, a Best Practices in Communication Panel discussion, How to Leverage Federal Student Aid Resources to Improve Communication, the Art of Managing Difficult Conversations, and more!
